Being a Creative Director is just as much about the end product as it is about the experience you give a client. Ensuring clients felt heard, that their vision was understood, and that myself and the agency were true partners with them on their project was a critically important part of my role that I'm proud to have succeeded in—and has paid dividends in future roles when interfacing with high-level stakeholder, executives, and managing teams.
